Lizardfolk

Lizardfolk are a species of reptile-like humanoids native to Exorsia. They uniquely lack the ability to feel emotion, seeing the word instinctively and without any feeling. While they can learn to mimic emotions with enough contact with other people, this is an unlikely occurrence as Lizardfolk are rarely seen outside of their small tribes.    Lizardfolk tribes are commonly found near lakes and rivers in Elderan, Hepsut, Osirin, Soliemia and Terrasmus. These tribes are very territorial and aggressive towards outsiders, they are usually hunter gatherers, hunting animals and people indiscriminately. Lizardfolk enjoy living near bodies of water or in swamps as they are also proficient swimmers, giving them an advantage around water.
Lizardfolk tribes also tend to speak draconic, though they are not related to dragons. It is unknown why this is.

Appearance:

Lizardfolk resemble human sized lizards or crocodiles with scaled bodies, colourful frills, tails and large teeth filled jaws. Male and female Lizardfolk look identical.
Scales: Lizardfolk scales range from tones of blue, red and green, with frills of yellow, orange, blue or green.
Eyes: Lizardfolk tend to have yellow coloured eyes.

Maturity:

Lizardfolk mature faster than humans, reaching adulthood by the age of 14.

Reproduction:

Lizardfolk hatch from eggs. Female Lizardfolk can produce a litter of up to 3 eggs. These eggs must be kept warm for 7 months before they hatch.
