Vae and Arslan met at the Rainbow Koi, with several others traveling to East. They traveled together through the ruins of East, growing closer. Arslan's young age pressed Vae's concern over his survival and made her feel some responsibility for his well-being. When traveling out of the Nightmare Realm into the Dreamscape, Arslan is kidnapped by an unknown force. Now on top of her original goal, Vae seeks to rescue Arslan from his captor.
