Though no one person leads the group, Shen Po and Feng Da often take the lead.

History

The group was formed during When the Silence Breaks, but was not named until The New Khan. The group has killed a false immortal, united a people under a single leader, saved the few survivors of a genocide, and helped a myriad of others.
