Personal history
Lucius grew up in the Wards, close to Henry Park. His home was far from stable, and by the age of 12 he had dropped out of school and grew up in the park and on the streets doing whatever he could to survive. At 15 he discovered his abilities, and suddenly it looked like his life being at the bottom of the totem pole was over. By 17 he ran a small gang dubbed "6th Street Sparks." As terribly named as they were, the gang did run a sizable portion of McAlpin and the Park. Lucius was arrested at 18 for a series of minor crimes, the only ones the City could get to stick, and was released at 23. He returned to his old stomping grounds and started rebuilding his crew, with plans to make it more than just a street gang.
