The force comprised 50000 men. 20000 were from Abria another 20000 came from the area controlled by the the sultante of Abria Including slavs and some Briganaies. the other 10000 were from the Sultans order of magic

all the troops were given light brown uniforms. the army took little siege equipment bleaved that they would quickly over run the country.

In the deserts of Penany the expeditionary force had to build make roads on the fly in ordered for supply's to be brought up easily.
