Growing up under the harsh but effective teachings of his father, Alexander Vikar has left Seth with talent and a fondness for battle. His constant anger and frustration, combined with his insatiable greed for power, have lead to his territory's infamy where just surviving is a struggle for those without impressive wealth. His father was always known to have respected the current King, but ever since his demise during a skirmish upon a battlefield, Seth has ruled over the territory and those in it have begun to suspect some differences in the opinions that Seth and Alexander once shared. King Regius Valdra has ushered in a new age of relative peace between the Valdarian Empire and the Khaganate, leaving many a debt unpaid, especially the death of Seth's father. Enraged by this era of truce and effective ceasefire, Seth has felt nothing but a burning hatred for the current ruling of his once valiant Empire. He has made it clear on numerous occasions that he wishes to return the vigilance that High Lord Alexander wielded long ago against the Eastern Empire.
Accomplishments & Achievements
High Lord Seth introduced a new age of cruelty to his territory soon after his father's passing, welcoming ideas such as slavery as commonplace. These actions have earned him the title of "The Taskmaster".
Intellectual Characteristics
Due to his education consisting primarily of combat training, his vocabulary and aptitude for insight are not as extensive as many other members of the Courts, but he is still not to be underestimated in the mental battlefield of the Courtrooms. His strategic brilliance makes him a valuable piece to be manipulated, but he knows it; many who have tried have faced the sharp end of his blade and those who survived have never challenged him again. Still, his short temper makes him far less of a threat in many situations off the battlefield, flying into blinding rage at the slightest inconvenience like a child.
