Regen Gel is a medical material used both in the field and in hospitals. When spread over a wound and subjected to UV light, it is activated and thickens into an elastic, regenerative suture. This suture can prevent bleedout, and is even strong enough to seal perforated organs and allow a degree of function.
As the suture sets, processed Sathiid plasma in the mixture activates to begin regenerating the wound. Depending on the wound and the subjects implants, the effectiveness of this ranges from creating a meat plug to restoring the area's functionality entirely—though in all cases care must be taken to prevent Regeneration Sickness.
