Tenants

Work-Life Balance

Insights holds Work-Life Balance as a critical aspect to being able to sustain success in a position. There are many in the Syndicate who are shown as working far more hours than they relax. Insights teaches its users how to make time for the individual and for their families. It promotes reserving one day a week to focus entirely on oneself. Be it through meditation, recreation, or some other personal means.

Networking

With the amount of people in the universe, learning how to stand out as an individual is one of the biggest challenges. Insights teaches its followers to stand out as a group rather than try to stand out as the individual. Networking is the critical tenant to reach that goal. Insight groups often hold gatherings, they are known as a great way to get a name outside of your group.
Some Corporations even hold their own Insight Events, promoting healthy networking and social inclusion.

One with the Company

The final tenant of Insights is becoming one with your company. Passion can only come when you love what you do. Insights promotes learning how to reach the state where a job becomes less of a job. Insights as a religion pushes on corporations to promote transparency and communication between higher managers and their employees.
Many followers see this as a critical service of Insights.
