The Elven Anvil

The Elven Anvil is an elaborate blacksmiths in Tor Uviel, was fortunately one of the locations which was mostly unharmed during the War with the Kasarian Conclave, and has been able to reopen for business quite swiftly in the wake of the Rune Keeper's liberation.
Its owner, Elama Liadon, is a very skilled master craftswoman, capable of forging and enchanting at the same time, a practice passed down to her through a long line of enchanting smiths dating back to the Landing.

Purpose / Function

The forging and enchanting of weapons and armour for the use of the Elven military; guards and passing adventurers or mercenaries at very reasonable prices.

Alterations

The two story building seems to have been converted from a simple living abode to a homestead and workshop combination. An awning has been erected on the side of the building with three forges stored beneath it.

Architecture

The main building is a typical Elven style building; two stories of white stone brick work and exposed oak beams; diamond cut glass windows with elegant oak shutters; two chimneys on either side of the building's length; and gabled rooftops with grey-green slate. It is set on a short foundation requiring two steps to reach the front porch.
On the side, the blacksmiths workshop is located under an awning of grey slate and oak pillars; with three furnaces two cooling racks and four anvils. Additionally, there is one enormous arcane circle engraved into the floor of the workshop which thrums constantly with magical energy, seemingly allowing the blacksmith to draw on the Weave while forging to enchant as she goes.

History

It is well known that Elves are exceptional enchanters, their connection to the Weave is inherently stronger than many other races and using it is easier for them. The Elven Anvil has existed in some way or another for near a thousand years, passed down from master to apprentice from the time of the Landing.
The Anvil has moved from location to location over time, but for the last 250 years has been settled in Tor Uviel.
