Nerexis Troncoso

(a.k.a. "Death Kiss")

Another Wylde Trybe individual with a business enterprise of her own, Nerexis is easily the most powerful member of the Veiled Coalition. She is also one of the only two of the organization that have been empowered by the Ley (the other being Gable Harande). Aside of her affiliation with the Veil, Nerexis controls an extensive black market network which goes by many names without actually using one officially. She is effectively a form of mob boss that specializes in acquisition, sale and trade of illicit goods, objects of power, religious relics and sensitive information. R.I.S.E. is aware of her network, but even after two decades of her business, they have failed to infiltrate her ranks or acquire enough evidence to hold her accountable for any perceived crime.

Heavily adorned with tattoos (some from her heritage as a Wylde Trybe), bearing a rather nontraditional hairstyle, and wearing edgy, sometimes flamboyant clothing, Nerexis prides herself on her individuality. Her tattoos, however, are secretly her greatest weapon when one takes the woman's supernatural abilities into consideration. She is capable of manifesting any form of artwork or illustrated image into physical reality as well as the opposite, allowing her to transmute physical objects (or even living beings) into art or statues. Atop of this, when this ability is used, it creates a build up of toxins within her blood which she can then release in various ways to use for her benefit, such as: making her sweat as corrosive as the most deadly of acids, turning her coughs into paralytic vapors, or secreting a glaze over her lips that can kill a victim either instantly on contact or even up to three weeks later from a kiss (a favored tactic of hers which has earned her the code name given to her by R.I.S.E.).
