When activated, anything that touches them will cause their flesh to become water vapor like mist or fog, most objects passing right through. Only the parts being interacted with will transform and, as this ability is automatic, their vapors will change back into flesh once the object is gone. Materials will still interact with the vapors as they normally would, such as becoming wet. She must be careful of anything that might evaporate or destroy water vapors which will translate to lost flesh.
Lothvem's Touch
Able to inflict a state of infatuation, lust or tranquility via touch. Wulong most often uses it to calm those she carries or Longwei when he loses his temper. No matter how irate, scared or uncertain someone is, she can give them a sense of tranquility, calmness or patience.
Wulong is a Qinglong born and raised within Lake Longhu below royal palace of Zhongguo, Penglai Shan. Wulong is fairly young, only recently reaching full maturity. She hatched shortly after Allen Minx defeated the Zhou clan. She and their remaining qinglong have been carefully attended to by the clan members, Wulong raised by human attendants including Longwei. The two became very close, Wulong insufferable to any other attendant. Some in the clan believe this to be the only reason Wulong chose Longwei, blaming Longwei for becoming too familiar with Wulong.
Wulong was the first to acknowledge Longwei as male, forming a sacred bond with him and becoming his familiar. This bond is only ever performed with male members of the Zhou. Despite these creatures usually being standoffish and mysterious, Wulong is extremely affectionate and playful with Longwei. She cares for him deeply and their relationship is like that of siblings. She is, of course, still a prideful creature as most dragons are and is standoffish towards everyone except Longwei. She does eventually warm up to the others as Longwei befriends them, grateful for their acceptance of him for who he is. Wulong will often step in and use Lothvem's Touch to calm Longwei when his temper gets the best of him.
Wulong doesn't particularly care for violence but will still protect Longwei fiercely. This is one of the primary reasons Wulong and Longwei have taken up a support role rather than becoming cavalry. Wulong enjoys using her abilities to flit about the battlefield and aid allies instead. Wulong is registered within the stables but will often find a nearby body of water to occupy when it isn't appropriate for her to be near Longwei. She misses being waited on by the clan.
