Dizhenbei Dong
This region, sometimes called the quaking mines, is rich in ore, gems and other earthen resources. Dizhenbei Shan are an eastern extension of Kunlun Shan but appears almost empty of human society on its durface. This is because the region is home to an underground complex of caverns and bountiful mines, most surface cities filled with artisans or other facilities servicing merchants and andncraftsman putting these resources to use.
Dizhenbei is also one of the most seismically active regions in all of Emynea, the layout of these caverns ever shifting. Only one underground city in its core remains static but this doesn't stop those blessed by Ylithuum from making their own homes and cities within these caves. Those with Ylithuum's blessings make a living unearthing the various resources within, enriching Zhongguo in the process. Zhongguo and the Ethereal Peninsula have often warred over these caves and the treasures within.
