Huangbei Gaoyuan

Also known as the Yellow Table, this plateau rolls out from the massive mountain range to the north, Kunlun Shan. Dry with thin soil and harsh winds, this plateau isn't well suited to farming. Loess comprises most of the soil here and these lands are generally used as pasture. Great dust storms plague this region as well and the magic of those who live here reflect this. The region lies at the foot of Emynea's tallest and most dramatic mountain range, Kunlun Shan.
