Rhass Cahri (ra:s ka:ri:)

Lady Rhass Cahri

Rhass Cahri is an atlantean half-celestial shadow mage and blademaster.  She led the Atlantean Empire through its final days, and then continued to lead her people as they struggled to survive after the Fall of Atlantis.

History

Rhass was born on the 21st of June, 15,000 1A (15,000 BCE) on Atlantea to Emperor Heozan Cahri and Empress Consort Sosah.

Physical Description

Body Features

Like all Atlanteans, Rhass has a slender and flexible body. She has small breasts, a narrow waist and slightly wide hips, muscled arms and legs, and small hands and feet.

Facial Features

Rhass is easily the most beautiful woman alive. She has a perfectly chiseled face: seductive indigo eyes, a short narrow nose, perfectly puckered lips, and a jaw and chin that are not too wide. She has two tiny scars, one between her right cheekbone and eye; the other on the left side of her upper lip. From her head she has long, thick, flowing black hair.

Apparel & Accessories

Rhass typically wears long tunics with breeches and boots.  She favors dark blues in her attire.  She is always adorned with the Kesiera of the Moon around forehead and almost always wears the Necklace of Dreams as well.

Specialized Equipment

Rhass wields a number of artifacts that she made herself:
  • Echo: An atlantean steel bastard sword with a great number of enchantments
  • Staff of the Fallen: A staff made of silver and gold inset with yellow sapphires. The staff allows her to use true resurrection, heal, and mass heal several times per day. It is also a saidar-aligned sa'angreal of considerable power.
  • Kesiera of the Moon: A large moonstone on a silver chain that she wears around her forehead that enhances her psionic abilities and acts as a well that she can store magical energy within. It is also a saidar-aligned sa'angreal of considerable power.
  • Necklace of Dreams: An intricate golden choker with a large amethyst in the center, with golden chains coming out from the bottom of the choker and looping around the upper shoulders. This necklace allows the wearer to control her manifestation in the Dreamscape as though they were a dreamer. It is also a saidar-aligned sa'angreal of considerable power.

Intellectual Characteristics

She tries to find enjoyment where she can, especially by imparting her wisdom and knowledge upon any willing to listen and enjoying the company of her surviving family.

This war marked the last years of the Empire, and her reign culminating in the Battle of Atlantis, in which Atlantis fell from the sky and saidin was tainted, driving all male channelers mad.
