Pantheon of Albae

The Pantheon of Albae is the primary group of accepted dominant religions within the Reanian Empire. The Pantheon, sometime referred to as Albaeism is also the main stem religion for those who believe in the Hero mythology. Albaeism has various denominations, the second largest being The Chivalliant which features heavily in the Kingdoms of the Nardethel. The King-That-Never-Was

At the top of the Pantheon of Albae is the The Hero Ascendum, The-King-That-Never-Was. They are the God of Freedom, War and keeper of the Seals of Elendor. They are supposedly the only mortal to truly achieve Divinity and it is their eternal charge to keep the once waring divine locked away from the mortal realm of Elendor. The Banished Ones

The Banished Ones are the Gods that openly defied The Summit, and were stripped of their power and worshipers on the Mortal Plane of Elendor. Many of these Deities are forgotten bar the most prominent.

Nerull - The First Banished

Death, Darkness, Murder, the Underworld
Nerull stands out the most from all the Banished ones. Whilst not the most powerful, Nerull was directly entwined with the tale of the hero and banished in combat by the Hero. Nerull was the only God Banished by the Hero before the Summit. This has caused much unrest in later years, and Nerull is seen by those of darkness as a martyr - giving him further otherworldly stature.
