Fenoribarge

The Fenoribarge is a medium sized transport barge for traveling on the Fenoria Stream especially through the Wunnewalden forests. The design has been created by the shipwrights of Gamian Group and is somewhat related to the Gamian Cog. When travelling upstream, it is usally drawn by Darkcoat Goats. To avoid dangers in the river, sailors will be on top of the ship with larges poles, correcting the course when needed.
The Feronibarge's construction offers protection from annoying attackes by the Dragonsparrow who are agressively seeking out the transported Stoneglow Fruit.
For further protection, both the navigator's cabin as well as the spots for people holding poles are surrounded by a cage with very fine hatching so no bird can get through. will be accessed from below deck. A dense net is usually spanned across the deck to minimize the attack possibilites for the fire breathing birds.
Multiple barges can be chained together to form an impressive river caravan. The strong Darcoat Goats are even able to pull thre barges upstream, albeit slowly. The barge has a smaller frame and no sail at all to be able to manouvre the fenoria stream in the Wunnewalden, where the river is more dangerous then along most harbours of the Gamian Group.
Unlike the Gamian Cog, the Fenoriabarge only has one layer of rooms below deck and is more wide then deep, to avoid too much depth.
