Rakkad the Survivor
Founder of the tiefling kingdom of Rakka. Legends have it that he was the lone survivor from his village after a vicious gnoll attack, spending the rest of his life roaming the wilderness and uniting the disparate tribes and villages under a single tiefling government. By the end of his life he'd turn his homeland into one of the only nations capable of going up against the Elflands Empire.
