A tiefling military officer in Rakka and captain of Fort Reverence in the nation's frontier. For decades the frontier was a dangerous wasteland full of gnolls and drow raiders, but after the signing of the Treaty of Rel-Kadrar in 900 soldiers from the Verschow helped provide an extra level of security in the territory around Ft. Reverence. Cpt. Nicor was skeptical of these new allies at first, but for the first time in years his garrison had the resources needed to eliminate the most savage monsters terrorizing the frontiers.
When Rakka reunified with the Verschow in 901 under the Treaty of Rel-Kadrar Nicor maintained his post at Ft. Reverance, suspicious at first of drow collaboration but slowly accepting the arcane assistance they provided in battles with Rakka's violent wildlife.
Do not call him Cpt. Unicorn.
