Muireann

A female human and former surgeon aboard the Holy Boater. One of the longest-serving members of Cpt. Dolooloobogg's crew, in the summer of 924 she started to raise the funds needed to make a ship of her own that would serve as a floating hospital throughout the Karaga Sea. Painfully shy at times, it took months of courting from Shazir before she finally realized that the yuan-ti had feelings for her. Together the two of them now operate the Isle of Respite.

Personal history

Muireann grew up in the islands of Oridelfa, forced to flee home when a giant neolithid started attacking her village. She joined the Boaters at a young age, organizing routine health inspections and ensuring that the crew never contracted any diseases under her watch. 
She watched several crew members come and go during the 920's, making her slow to form any close attachments to the other members. But whether it was dealing with Yel'ah's shenanigans or gossipping about Shazir's romantic advances with Clover Evergreen, by the summer of 924 she had started to bond with and become close to the other officers aboard the ship. By the fall of that year the officers were friendly enough with each other to the point that they helped Muireann cover the remaining cost for constructing her medical ship, a summer of successful raids more than covering the 50,000GP price tag. The Isle of Respite now sails around the Karaga Sea tending to the wounded regardless of whatever flag they fly, and in the future she plains on moving into the Largas Ocean to care for ships sailing between Pescaliat and the far-off continent of Rana.
