The lowermost level of Gameria, this district is home to the city's longshoremen and working-class population. Shaded by the several layers of the city above it, the 3rd level has been a refuge for crime and intrigue since Gameth's founding years. Shank's Fighting Pits, the largest fighting ring in Gameth, is located here.
