He spent decades studying sunken ships and ruins near the city of Oridelfa before being promoted to lead the College. While his passion has always been for the mysteries of the sea, under his presidency Tahrir has invested heavily into expeditions surveying the Campanel Desert, like the search for the legendary thri-kreen city of Thrah-Kezaam led by the veteran adventurer Flora.
