Brogg the Accuser
An elderly half-orc, former leader of the Characters Revolution in the Elflands Empire, and founder of Broggfey. Surviving the Sunken God's Reign of Terror in 897, he attended the Treaty of Iverburg negotiations in 898 and vouched for the creation of an independent orcish state in the Fey Plains to tame the dangerous region. Tired after years of resistance to the empire, he chose his political apprentice Nagrette the Victorious to lead the newly founded nation and assisted with the drafting of the new orcish constitution. He died in his sleep in 903, and every orcish community now has a statue of him raised in his honor.
- Escaping the Sunken God's destruction of Galway in the fall of 897, Brogg the Accuser lost his left eye and arm in a fight with a horde of sahuagin.
