Geldereth
Geldereth is a city in Thessélias, built at the zenith of Allor Cella, the second-tallest peak in Thessélias and a part of the Torbord mountain range. Geldereth overlooks the Sea of Glandwir to the southeast and the forest of Valendar to the north. The city is home not only to the largest temple to Miranelle in all of Talazic but also to Bereth, son of Celwë Nerenia, and his wife, Princess Consort Julienn Nerenia. The city was also the site of the decisive battle of the Eventide.
Hadari to Nerenia
For many years Geldereth's ruling family was the powerful Hadari family. Julienn's mother Adri died giving birth to her in 891, eleven years after the birth of Prince Bereth, and in light of the lack of able or willing heirs, and Julienn's father Azaro being too grief-stricken to conceive of marrying again, it was hoped that a successful courtship could benefit both families. Julienn and Bereth grew up together and married not long after Julienn came of age.
Bereth is currently both prince of Thessélias and lord of Geldereth.

Architecture
The city is built into Allor Cella. Its buildings are made almost entirely of stone, some with metal roofs. Lumber is obtained from the forest of Valendar near the foot of the mountain, which is used for fires, as the city's high altitude leaves it in cold temperatures for much of the year.
A section of the city's outer wall, repaired following the Battle for the Stars using portions of tarrasque plate.
