Maji

Field 001

Maji, also known as the Field of Magic, was the first field created in the Eternal Fields.

Structure

Maji is a lush, green field, similar to Earth. The large, central body contains the three continents of Lakelandia, Drydesia, and Tropicosia in the East and Calos and Togayung in the west. The rest of the world is dotted in islands on vast oceans.   The large, central body of the field is orbited by two moons. The smaller of the two moons has many asteroid-moons itself. The smaller of the two moons and its moons have been populated by the blobs since the early Era of Awakening.

Population

Maji is natively inhabited by many magical animals and races, including dragons, wyverns, gilmen, slimes, and etc. Some of the races have constructed monuments in the field, such as the underwater temples constructed by the gilmen.   Maji was later populated by Godkin during the Migration to Maji .

History

Main Article: History of Maji   The history of Maji has been divided up into eras by the Imperial Spy Empire. These eras mark significant sections of history.

Era of Dawn

The history of Maji starts during the Era of Dawn. Maji was the first field created by the gods. It was populated with its native, magical creatures. For the first few years of Maji's existence, it was extremely dark due to the lack of the sun and stars formed by the field, Gigan. Soon, the gods created Gigan to provide light to Maji and the rest of the Eternal Fields.   During the late Era of Dawn, Tiilaer created the Black Diamond, a powerful gem infused with part of his soul which would awaken as the Reaper upon Tiilaer's death. Tiilaer hid the Black Diamond on Maji.

Era of Awakening

During the early Era of Awakening, the blobs and slimes of Maji separated, and the blobs used their advanced technology of the time to colonize Maji's smaller moon and the asteroids that orbit it. This event would be told as stories by the slimes and would eventually lead to the formation of their worship of the moons.
