Lower Heldan

Lower Heldan is, as it's name would suggest, the lower half of the great nation of Heldan. It is ruled by the Nebani family, with its capital being the desert city of Deshem. While its government differs from it's sister nation of Upper Heldan, the two nations share on military, with control being exchanged between the two every ten years under the Heldian System, put into place by the previous High Lord.
