Structure
The shadowy organization was created based on an event that occurred in the year 609 Accord. The Council of Balance recieved a direct threat from a sect within The Pantheon and threatened the tenuous peace. In reaction to this, The Council of Balance voted in secret to add a new paragon to act as a Faceless Agent. Their network of spies was built to gather information across the realms of The Pantheon, track commerce, safety of the Devotees within the realms, also the threats to the balance and bring this back to the Council of Balance. In addition, the Faceless Agent provides solutions to handle delicate situations without direct conflict, ensuring a mostly peaceful resolution in those delicate siutations.
