Structure

The Order of Reflection is the voice of the Council of Balance. This order is headed by the Paragon of Reason and leads the primary diplomatic hand of the Council of Balance. This group uses the information from The Order of Truth, uses the strength and postering from the Order of the Shield, and listens to the needs of the people from the Order of Reflection. The Paragon of Reason also leverages the Faceless Agent and their shadowy network of spies in the Silent Actors.
