Early Life:

Taligul was born on Letania, in a city dedicated to trade with the Illithid-Dilug Intergalactic Empire of New Rocheron. Taligul initially developed a career in business, but later swiveled to politics. At the age of 35, he was elected as a federal senator. He later went on to run as vice president with Tessa Galvin, and won the election.

Vice Presidential Career:

Taligul has for the most part supported all of Galvin's policies and decisions. His unique actions has mostly been focused on improving the lives of alien citizens in the federation. He has said that this is because he knows what nonhuman citizens must go through living in a mostly human society, and wants to help them. This stance has made him popular in both the federation and the Empire.
