Introduction:

Onia is an independent planet in the Archaic Sector. It was founded as a government 235,285 years ago in the Modern Era, following the Second Echo of the Cosmos. It is a temperate planet with a very diverse population, currently home to 17.8 billion people. As of 165,484 years ago Onia has been one of the Illithid-Dilug Intergalactic Empire of New Rocheron's closest allies, apart from The 17th Galactic War which shifted Onia's political relationships with the major powers of the Founder Galaxy.

Description:

Onia is a Rocheron-like world with 96% of Rocheron's gravity, allowing life to thrive woth no assistance. The planet is home to a diverse biosphere, with biomes ranging from arid deserts to murky swamps. Most of the population is split between massive cities and rural towns. Onia is famous for its towns, and many people choose to move into them to get away from city life.

Importance:

Outside of providing for its citizens, Onia is important to the galactic community for its strong and loyal military, and its mass production of noble gasses. Onia is a popular tourist destination for galactic citizens, and houses hundreds of attractions for visitors.
