First Tower County
With what is often considered a significant exurb of Sharn as it's county capital, First Tower County was, similarly to Sharn and Zilspar Counties, granted rights to continue their democratic governance and elect their own 48 Counts. This has given a utopian and democrat edge to the community's parliament seat in the past, and with the emergence of the Communalist party, its representative has been the elderly Half-Elf, Enilam d'Lyrandar.
