Biosphere Β3
Biosphere Β3 - Cretaceous Park. Here be dinosaurs! Upon entering the biosphere, packs of dinos (triceratops; "not cattle") and some pterosaurs ("large birds") can be seen. The shallow "sea" is home to sharks and mosasaurs.
Geography
A shallow sea occupies about 1/3 of the biosphere's area. The portal to Service Area Β3-4 is located on a small outcropping surrounded by water.
The rest is mostly flat open land with low vegetation and a few trees.
There are smaller areas of dense forest, swamp, desert, and rocky hills and small mountains.
There is one fairly wide river.
