Biosphere Β2

Biosphere Β2 is an urban / agricultural biosphere with a densely-populated city that contains three arcologies. The biosphere is on a war footing, fighting to defend itself against the Empire.
The PCs will be able to shop for equipment here.
Law Level: Lawful (mostly) - Guns cannot be carried openly and armour will draw unwanted attention. Firearms bigger than pistols are contraband. There is more crime in some city neighbourhoods. There is a black market to some extent.
