Arishta of Akhadi - The Unyielding One
A young man was dragged into the throne room by two guards and left standing next to a petite woman. Arishta sat boredly sideways on her throne with her legs swung over the backrest. In her hands she held a few small dark berries, which she popped into her mouth with relish as she held the last audience for the day. The queen turned, stretched her slender body and raised her head to look the man straight into his stony face. With a malicious, slightly reproachful undertone, she asked the man: "Have you mistreated your wife?", although she already knew the answer. He looked like all the other men before him who had done similar things to their wives. "Mistress, she deserved it, that lazy and lascivious woman. She alone is to blame for our misery!" the man defended himself confidently. "Well, if that's the case...". The queen deliberately dragged it out and pretended to think about it. Then she spoke loudly and coldly: "Throw the lion to him to eat. He deserves it and is entirely to blame!"
Arishta - Goddess queen of Earth
Arishta-Lilith III was born in 2,665 AEC as the first child of Naram X and Elissa IV, god-kings of Akhadi in Bab-Lu-Nin and, as princess of Akhadi, was prepared early on for her role as future ruler. Her most important confidants are her two sisters Iltani and Ninsu and her brother Imadeen, whom she protected since the tragic mysterious accident of their parents and from the tyranny of her uncle Nabu-Adan VI. After her uncle died in a fire in 2,682 AEC, she resolutely reclaimed her throne, which Nabu-Adan had stolen from her and her siblings, and made her siblings co-ruling god-kings as soon as they had fully developed their magical abilities.
Since her "resurrection" as a divine queen, Arishta has ruled with an iron fist. She is the driving force of intrigue, corruption, war and death against traitors in her own country and the remaining Elaqitanians when she learns that they are to blame for the tragic accident of her parents or are partly to blame for their deaths and the consequences. She uses her power, her siblings and her subjects to control Elaqitan and destroy the Aqi Talúsix, which could ultimately lead to her own downfall.

Physical and elemental Characteristics
Arishta is a 34 -year -old woman from the high circles of the Homo Elaqitanii . Anyone who sees her for the first time will be captivated immediately because of her beauty. Her long brown hair often hides under elaborate hairstyles, which are closely devoured with the "earth crown of the elementary wisdom". Her clothes are figure-hugging without revealing too much of herself and hiding her scars on her back. When she enters a room, she radiates royal dignity and sublime but also strict and cold.
Like most of her royal ancestors, after the development of their magical skills, her iris turned, which in the right light, can result in her earth element through green lights. As a yellow-eyed Homo Elaqitanii, she also has access to fire magic skills that are closely related to the element of the earth. She is capable of simple geokinesis, can control thoughts, manipulate shadows and should have a preference for necromancy.

First Years of Life & Training
Royal familiy of Akhadi
When Aristha was born, no one would have suspected that she would later desire the rule over Elaqitan. It grew up in a loving environment in the royal palace of Babe-Lu-Nin. She was called by her parents and siblings in the private rooms Ari. Today she hates it when her siblings call her that and she knows how to do so because she thinks it is a weakness that she can never afford.

Like all Homo Elaqitanii, she was instructed in the Eleh-Sekh-Anuri from the age of five. She is intelligent and realized early on that as a future ruler, she must be a good role model for her siblings and subjects. She often learned her movements into the evening and was one of the few magicians who already knew about 1,000 movements before the age of 10. Usually children learn about 500 to 550 movements and most only start from the age of 10 with the 2nd phase of magically physical teaching. During the dream phase, she concentrated for the first two years on her main element earth and later on the second element fire.
When she reached puberty and her third phase, she learned to control her powers through various spells. By chance, while studying old grimoires in the palace library, she discovered a book about necromancy. She was fascinated by it and after her parents died, she hid the book in her chambers. Perhaps one day she would be able to bring them back from the realm of the dead.
When Arishta was 15 years old, she lost her parents and her uncle, whom she had hardly known until then, was declared a god king of Akhadie. Her uncle hated his dead brother and wanted to leave all of his pent -up anger on his children. At the same time, he desired Arishta, whose beauty just began to bloom. Arishta tried everything to protect her younger siblings from his hatred. She agreed to become the 1st wife of her uncle, which was not unusual in the circles of the royal family, but she provided the condition that she was allowed to raise her siblings.
Martyrdom & Phoenix from the Ashes
The next two years became her personal hell. Nabu-Adan VI abused her whenever he desired her. He whipped her when she tried to resist. He humiliated her on public occasions by making her stand by his side for hours in transparent clothing. During her pregnancy, he beat her until she lost the child.
At 17, Arishta finally found a way out and killed her tormentor in his sleep. Only she and the gods know what she did. Her uncle could never break her, no matter what he did. But those two years changed her. She would never bow to a man again. She wanted them to fear her. The only man she ever truly trusted was her little brother Imadeen, whom she loved dearly since he was born.
Through her marriage to her uncle, she was already queen, but she was never ceremonially crowned. This prompted the guardian of her stepson Marduk Asir to place Enlil-Nabu, who was only seven years old, on the throne and to rule as regent until the prince came of age. Arishta gathered her allies around her and the coup attempt was thwarted. Marduk Asir was sentenced to death as a traitor. She raised her stepson, whom she had also looked after during his marriage to his father, to be a loyal knight of her house who would die for her if necessary.
In the years that followed, she stabilized the empire that her husband had almost destroyed. Advisors and followers of the deceased king were removed from office and banished from Akhadi. She appointed close confidants from the reign of her parents and looked after her people. She traveled throughout her country to listen to her people. She wanted to be a good queen to them, just as her parents were.
In 2,687 AEC, she had her brother Imadeen crowned as the last of her siblings as god-king, after her two sisters had already been crowned two years earlier. Even though they publicly share the governmental duties, it is always Arishta who does most of the work and, as the big sister, has the final say in most cases.

Intrigue & Betrayal
Three years later, the four siblings traveled to the Elaqitanians' Council for the first time. In previous years they had repeatedly visited the other continents in a friendly intentions, concluded agreements and trade contracts. Now they wanted Idaka to become part of the elementary community and have a seat in the Council of the Elaqitanians.
Arishta makes plans
However, they were rejected without a proper hearing in the council by a simple emissary of the council on the grounds that they had no direct access to the magic of Aqi Talúsix and could only use elemental magic because they had "magic implanted". Furthermore, the humans were to blame for the great flood that devastated all of Elaqitan, even though that had happened thousands of years ago. Arishta was furious after this affront and the siblings left without being heard.
Over the next two years, Arishta's hatred of the Council consumed her. Then, secret documents were leaked to her accusing the Elaqitan Council of her parents' deaths, which was the last straw. Over the next four years, she skillfully used intrigue, treaties and trade agreements with the Elaqitans until the Council slowly fell apart and the four elemental continents turned away from each other.
In addition, she intensified relations with Kana-Ameth on Idaka and ensured that all people could join forces and go to war against the remaining continents. During this time, many began to give her the title "The Unyielding One". In 2,696 AEC, the first acts of war took place around the entire world, which three years later led to the book dragon Wendelin Ambrosius zu Bücherfelde passing through a mirror gate and triggering the "Frozen Time" for the next 200 years.
Relationships & Personality
The most important people in Arishta's life are certainly their three siblings, which she took care of after the parents' death and her stepson. Even if they are all younger, she listens to their problems and gives them advice. At the same time, they are the only ones who dare to put Arishta in the barriers when she go too far. In particular, her brother's opinion is very important to her and it is also he who is commissioned by her with an important secret task.
One of her closest confidants is Sadi Baila. She was once her mother's maid and helped Arishta overcome the death of her parents. She was the first woman whose husband Arishta sentenced to death after she had regained her power. For Arishta, she is a kind of mother substitute, even though she is only five years older than her. Arishta appointed Sadi as her scribe, which led to them spending a lot of time together. Naturally, rumors are rife in the palace, as many assume that they share more than just a study and that Sadi probably knows more than anyone else - including Arishta's family.
Enki Anu was Arishta's teacher during the Eleh-Sekh-anuri and is the leader of the royal bodyguard. She considers him a mentor and during her last years he has become her advisor in matters of war. Although he accepted this position only reluctantly, fearing that it will mean Arishta's ruin, he tries to support her in everything.
Shazar An-Zaid is considered by many to be an obscure clairvoyant who came to Arishta's attention after the Elaqitan Council was affronted when he predicted a great future for her during a celebratory banquet. Arishta was fascinated by his aura and hired him as her personal astrologer. She often spends afternoons in his observatory. It is believed that both of them are interested in more than just the stars, as Shazar had a lot of boxes full of books transported to the palace during his arrival.
To be fair, I would also see conspiracies everywhere if I was her. I am glad she still is kind to her stepson, despite everything. Maybe one day she will learn that most people are not inherently bad, but somehow I think it would take a huge event for that to happen.
