Dock Ward

The dock wards are constantly busy bringing in transports and sending them out. They do not slow down day or night. The dock crews can occasionally be heard singing while handling cargo or the bell of the cable cars comming and going in the larger docs.

Demographics

A 60% share of these wards are run by the tower goverment and the remainder are in private hands.

Defences

Bobbies are in charge of security in these wards. They can either be found in the bay defense weapons or traveling with government officials checking on transports and cargo. They are found in all dock wards, even privately owned ones. In minutes, these portal wards can use mechanized doors to close off access to the docking area. Positioned in strategic locations inside and out of these wards are state-of-the-art weapon platforms for protecting the entrance. Even the small single berth wards are outfitted with the defense mechanism.

Industry & Trade

The docks are probably considered to be the most important part of the Volognomes' supply chain. There are craft enetering and leaving the tower at all times of the day.

Infrastructure

There are always workshops, mechanics, and other industrial and commercial wards nearby, with direct access to special berths or available berth access. They also keep on hand all sorts of fuel, feed, and other basic amenities for each of the births.

Districts

There are three different kinds of docks in the towers. Ground and sea or magma are always found on the the ground levels. The last type are designed for air travel in and out of the city.

Guilds and Factions

The Dragonscale Trading Company is the largest importer and exporter in all the tower cities. They are the largest owner and users of both private and public berths.
