Folran

A medium-sized trade based city in the Marstoli Commonwealth and on the Azurali Sea. 
Folran is the most recent addition to the Commonwealth, having stayed independant for an extremely long time before finally voting to join. The vote came despite significant political pressure from the Selenavi Republic to remain neutral, short of joining them. While it is unclear what exactly changed the minds of the populace, the decision has been generally well-received within the city itself.
Folran is one of two cities that lie near the southern border of that Aarasyl Desert. As such, they act as a conduit for a decent amount of trade between the Hino'ithal and ships coming from Fort Marstol or Selenia. While not quite as close to the desert as Nadril, the settlement has been able to grow with more easily habitable land surrounding it.
