Yrhi is one of the five provinces of the Znagrúk Empire, covering the western and southwestern part of the country, and is bordered by the region of Darlaa to the north, parts of Hrax not claimed by the empire to the west, the coast of Súrkniss Sea to the south, and the provinces of Ágra to the east and Yvú to the northeast.
Most of the population consists of Znagrúks and Úamtnans, the latter which became subjects of the empire to escape Kóhans who banished them from Darlaa centuries ago. The vast majority of Úamtnans live in or around the provincial capital of Ták, many of whom work as craftsmen of all sorts, and have become renown for their fine textiles featuring exotic motifs.
