Íseb River
Mlúkrok: Íseb
The Íseb River1 is one of two rivers which originate in Haþem Lake on the eastern Vorran Peninsula, the other being the longer Súveb River. It flows westwards and then meanders northwest until it drains into Klalaþan Sea, and is bordered by the Krokish territories of Íberral to the east and Úsavrí to the west.
Similarly to the Kroks living along Súveb, those inhabiting the banks of Íseb River fish extensively for vló salmons as they migrate upstream to Haþem Lake each year. Most of the catch is smoked, and is highly sought after across the peninsula, along with the unique blue and black scales which are used to make belts for fastening Tree Silk loincloths and various jewelry.
