"Howlin' Mad" Goaho Milkbone
Goaho Milkbone (a.k.a. Howlin' Mad Goaho)
Goaho Milkbone is a Shoony musician, comedian, and entertainer who travels and performs as a solo entertainer. An alumnus of the Soup Bone Troopers hailing from Rawhide. He primarily performs at festivals, faires, and such as an act to entertain children with stories of his adventures chasing Catfolk and wagons. He performs sing-alongs with the children that contain choruses highlighting a stereotypical dog's howl and a deep repertoire of other farm animal noises. He is a highly sought after performer. He has been known to occasionally perform a more adult-oriented comic themed show with similar stories and songs with a more ribald twist to "keep his canine's sharp" as he has often stated. He continues to collaborate with other Soup Bone Trooper alumni, entertaining both children and adults alike.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Goaho is furry and squat with a flattened face. His skin is loose and gives the impression that Goaho is pudgy. In truth, he runs regularly and maintains a very healthy diet, allowing him to keep up with his very heavy touring and performing schedule.

Personal history
Goaho grew up in a working class family. His parents encouraged their children to persue an improved quality of life through acedemic study and education. While a better than average student, Goaho was drawn to the performing arts. Goahu started some musical training on the violin only after persuading his parents that he could manage studying the violin while maintaining if not improving his academic performance. He struggled to do so under the watchful eye of his parents who only allowed him to practice after completion of his academic studies and his household chores.

Goahu has a degree in accouting from Farafot University

Goaho has been steadily employed as a comedian and actor since completing his degree.
Accomplishments & Achievements
The last couple years have seen Goaho'a parents lessen their disappointment in Goaho for his career choice, even becoming fans of his work with children and his ability to earn a good living doing what he loves to do.
Mental Trauma
Gaoho's parents disapproved of his university studies where, Goaho pursued both a degree in accounting while continuing to work on his musical and other entertainment activites. This resulted in a strained relationship with his parents and family, only recently beginning to mend.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Goaho loves to perform for and with children. This stems from his own strained and difficult relationship with his parents who drove him and his siblings to pursue academics to the almost complete exclusion of being a child. The lack of acceptance by his family for his chosen profession originally drove Goaho to work harder to prove to his parents that his choice was no mistake. His continuing success has thawed tension between himself and his parents and this too serves as a motivation for him to continue on this path.

Gaoho is a fan and practioner of classicaly oriented music, holding very public disdain for more comtemporary and popular musical stylings.

Goaho remains strongly affiliated and performs occaasionally with the Soup Bone Troopers. A theater and entertainment group operating out of Rawhide where Goaho completed his training in the performing arts.
Mannerisms
Despite his canid appearance, Goaho maintains a very strict humanoid set of characteristics avoidng public scratching, sniffing, and grooming often attributable to his kind. This includes avoiding jokes and stories about the stereotypes in his adult-themed material. He will not promote or act the stereotype even in jest, though will perform as the humanoid straight-man to his Soup Bone Trooper compatriots.
Shoony are diminutive humanoids resembling squat, bipedal dogs. Shoonies are sometimes mistaken for weak and insular pacifists, however, they are far from helpless through their sheer perseverance, incredible work ethic, and resourceful use of diplomacy.
Shoonies believe they were created to provide pleasant company soon for other humanoids. Shoony culture has a long reputation for hospitality, good will, and pacifism. Shoonies are unflappably optimistic and always see the best in others despite frequent subjugation and exploitation among other societies.
Shoonys reach maturity between 8 and 10 years old and typically do not live longer than 50 years.

Nice read and concept of a bard that also focusses on entertaining children. There have not been many bards of that kind in the challenge. It sound like his perfomances can be quite fun!
Thank you. At comedy clubs, I have seen younger "up and comer" struggle for a positive audience response while "staying clean." I wanted to represent someone with some personal integrity and used his ancestry and physical looks as a guide.
