The Minuteman identity is a persona that has been held by two people.

Stiles would sacrifice himself to stop the Centurai's use of the Mintueman Missile System of the former USA to destroy the Anchor during the Sixth Crisis. The attempt would be successful however Siles would be killed in a nuclear blast he denoted to destroy the missiles.
Nick Craft took up the title to take vengeance against the UCAA by joining Uncle Sam and his Stars and Stripes. Craft was formerly Liberty Lad and then formerly Patriot.
Minuteman's power is general super solider, indeed Minuteman was the trial project for the then USA and now Coalition super solider project.
