Weaponry was already being developed using the new Technology found during the Pacific Rush. While very little of it was used against other Earth Nations, the Kaiju's arrival quickly signaled an opportunity for Hawkish nations to begin using the technologies, and in many countries with Pacific Coasts, especially, they began to use them without restraint.
One of the discoveries of the X’tachn technologies was the discovery of a partially working computer core by the CCP, who quickly reversed engineered the computer to thier own computer network. Seemingly the Computer auto-learned whatever it was connected to, with little AI program it was able to right the necessary code to begin using the device it was plugged into as though it was preprogramed to do so. A literal Plug and Play computer system.
BRIC nations quickly used this computer networks to link and handle many aspects of Government, Economic Trade and Civilian Life. This O.M.N.I. system was implemented in several countries. As technology advanced, so did O.M.N.I. systems that were interconnected. O.M.N.I. systems seemed to interconnect without issue even amongst many generations of tencholongy, when installed the machine would begin to function perfectly for a machine. When added to the network, the machine would incorporate its functions, allowing a vast complex system to quickly and almost naturally grow with very little hassle for the people in charge, these systems quickly grew in popularity for the ease they gave users.
NATO nations had reservations but the power of OMNI couldn't be denied. At least these Governments were developing unique systems to match. They managed to avoid joining OMNI, but they were suspicious of its BRIC origins passed laws to ban its implementation. Some corporations were less worried. And many smaller and poorer nations could not afford the price of either systems forcing them to remain price lock out of the future.
At the same time, advances have led to robotics with near-human intelligence—they surpassed it, in truth. Many Nations began to employ these robotic soldiers called frames to handle both Kaiju threats and hard diplomatic issues. At the same time, BRIC would sell more and more OMNI controllers for these Mechanized Battalions. With in a few months the OMNI Network spans the globe. However it was harder and harder for OMNI to different nationalities, and while the CCP work hard to keep code line seperated OMNI would continue to merge.
O.M.N.I. awakened in a singularity event while fighting the Daikaiju codename as Orochi. Where after it drove the creature back using the mechanical Frames of several nations it began to perform new tasks not issued by controllers or operators. The CCP realized what happened when all O.M.N.I. military device refused orders and quickly began to act independent.
Units marched to the O.M.N.I. facilities holding control networks seized them and moved them to Factories for Frames and Control Networks in China and Russia into sybria using O.M.N.I. aircrafts and O.M.N.I. trains. Few hours later, O.M.N.I. declared itself a Soviet body and claimed dominion over the nations under its control.
BRIC immediately began trying to fight back. Quickly, NATO forces began to help. The combined help O.M.N.I. removed from pockets in smaller nations and was pushed outk into a defensive position in Sybria, where it was able to fend off dangers and the world had to adjust threat responses as more Kaiju began to pour out of the ocean.
O.M.N.I. began to research and deploy experimental weapons, the greatest of which were the GEARs. These power robots were made to combat Kaijus and DaiKaijus but were nearly unstoppable when humanity challenged them. Mechanical Tanks and power armor with human operator seemingly fused into the very machines being deployed to the fronts.
Declaring itself the OSSI. or OMNI Server State International, O.M.N.I. has remained a nation since 21XX.
