The Double Axe Outpost is located in the eastern The Razil Forest just below The Grey Crags area in The Sumi Tal-Sha'ba. Consisting of a squared, palisade wall with huge pointed timbers 50 feet in height that surrounds the fort-like structures. Inside are many building and staging grounds for all manner of goods and traders. It is said that everything is for sale and that everything has a price. Operated by sly merchants and hardened explorers, countless jobs are available from simple collectors to armed security, and the pay is as high as the danger is.
Government
The outpost is run by a council of merchants. Each member represents a different tradeable commodity and has complete authority over that specific good. There are no competing vendors, as each has a complete monopoly over their specific product. The purpose of the outpost is to collect and ship the goods to other markets where they would make a profit, there is no expectation that people would ever journey to this remote location to purchase their goods. However, wherever there are people there will be small scale trade and barter.
