Lumaca’s Landing is completely unverified and remains a topic of rumor and speculation. All attempts to contact members of the Lumaca family have been declined and council members have denied all claims that there exists a secret encampment and staging ground. Furthermore, representatives have insisted that any further slander and insults would be dealt with harshly.
Stories claim that far upriver in The West Razil Forest, exists a landing site near The Grey Crags area of The Shaba in The Sumi Tal-Sha'ba. Here it is rumored that the Lumaca family has established a waypoint and compound tasked with acquiring all manner of tradeable goods from the surrounding lands. Of particular note is their supposed access to the upper Shaba plateau and all of the cloud forest’s exotic goods. The only known access to The Shaba is The Crevice hidden in the eastern Grey Crags of The East Razil Forest. According to Greve Vasco, the Lumaca family has constructed and elaborate rope ladder and pulley system used to transport people and goods up and down the sheer cliffs of the crags. The time, money, and danger required to verify such a story remains too great to pursue at this time.
