Rafnar's main job for the cult, is to raise money and provide security forces when necessary. Temporary security forces can be quickly gathered from his connections within the The Burned Wood Hoods . 10 to 20 can be raised at any particular time for money, doubling the money can raise the fighting force faster, or doubling the leeway time can raise a larger number of fighters. More permanent forces are being slowly gathered from the surrounding towns to create his own fighting force. Currently Rafnar has 4 crew member in the cult's camp, but 1 to 5 others are available in the surrounding towns. Funds are usually raised by providing information and assistance to the Burned Woods Hoods. Anyone bringing them actionable information earns a 25% commission. Ambush, kidnapping/ransom, larceny, and protection are just some of the ways they acquire money.
Rafnar sees the cult as a way to make money and advance his status in the land. Getting in at the ground level was an opportunity to valuable to miss out on. He hopes to become a valued asset and climb the ranks, build a formidable crew, and strike out on his own pillaging the lands.
