House Dirckan, the Lati house, annexes the Floating Isles of Karanor after fomenting revolution to destabilize the monarchy.
House Farun moves in to take the quickly disintegrating House Dirckan. The latter's Lati, those who accepted their new allegiance at least, were allowed to retain their titles and privileges. As such, Farun gained Dirckan's territory in the Floating Isles of Karanor and their claims to the region.
The first Vagrant King of Karanor conquors the city of Tirokan, taking it from the Wargroves of Wanaso.
Between the two biggest events in the early years of the war, sporadic combat and skirmishes occur between the Wargroves of Wanaso, the Vagrant KIng and his army in Tirokan, and House Farun in Varusmarsh and the Floating Isles of Karanor.
The Wargroves of Wanaso maintain a seven year siege on the Karanor hled city of Tirokan. This followed a ramp up of their attacks on the Dawasi's operations in Valenmarsh and the Ever-Jungle Depths as a whole.
The thirdVagrant King uses the week that the Seven Isles drift into Tirokan's canopy to launch an assault onto the islands. It succeeds, and the Dawasi find themselves in control of the Isle of Kraeth, however they have to abandon Tirokan, which is quickly retaken by the Wargroves of Wanaso.
House Farun breaks its period fo being smart by sacrificing a Wargroves aligned Aelf above Wargrove territory, on the sixth isle. This, and the Coven of Fire conducting their own blood ritual, in attempts to increase their power, angers the Wargroves. They enter the conflict in force, and begin attacking any and every outsider they can find.
Due to its abandonment by the Vagrant King, the it takes the Wargroves of Wanaso only one year to seize Tirokan and flush out every Dawasi still there.
The increased number of blood rites performed over the Wargroves of Wanaso finally rouse the dragon Daeldrien, who agrees to aid the Wargroves in their war.
