Military action
Between the two biggest events in the early years of the war, sporadic combat and skirmishes occur between the Wargroves of Wanaso, the Vagrant KIng and his army in Tirokan, and House Farun in Varusmarsh and the Floating Isles of Karanor.
So far the Larani have been careful to not perform blood rituals when the isles drift over the territory controlled by the Wargroves of Wanaso. Whether they knew about the terms of the peace, guessed the consequences, or were simply lucky, is unknown.
Small factions in the Wargroves try to mobilize forces to retake Tirokan and then conquer the Floating Isles of Karanor, but they are largely unheeded. Warmongers are rare in the isolationist collective. The Dawasi in the meantime send out messengers to rally others to help their cause but are ignored for the most part. They attempt to consolidate their control over Tirokan, but are unable to maintain a stable grip due to Wargrove attack.
House Farun has kept an ironfisted grip on Varusmarsh, and through it, has been able to keep their forces on the Isles well provisioned and defended. The Isles' bi-annual drift into Tirokan's canopy sees the fierce conflict between the Dawasi and the Larani, but nothing comes of it until 318.
The Wargroves and the Larani maintained a tenuous peace during this period, with occasional skirmishes, but no organized military action against the other power.
