Aurbrandr

Aurbrandr (Dwarvish: Araour-brandr, lit. 'river of gold') is a city at the foot of Mount Boor in Zandrazil and a member of the Aubergine League.
The city was first settled by Dwarven explorers from Sundertagh while surveying the southern regions of Zandrazil, when they discovered deposits of gold and other precious metals in the rivers southwest of Mount Boor. The area was filled with abundant natural resources and proved easily fortified against attacks from the Voldrak Empire, which allowed the mining operation to grow into a town that served as a haven for adventurers traversing the Zandrazil Jungle. The city grew even further when the city of Sundertagh was overrun by the Urkesh Empire, as Arbrandr was the nearest Dwarven settlement to have weathered the Sundering relatively unscathed.
