The Demigods
Manvi pulled her seat in closer, and sat with her elbows on her knees, looking over the group. “Holly and I were speaking earlier. We need a way to identify ourselves- we’re a group, right? Let’s come up with a name, together.”The Demigods are the main mercenary team in Demigods Reloaded, and the characters revolved around in the story. The team has a number of permanent members, but have several allies who join temporarily to aid them in each book.
Violet spoke first. “What about Superstars?”
Micah saw Manvi almost visibly cringe at the name, but she put on a fake smile and did her best to be nice about it. “It’s a start. Anything else?”
“Something to do with victory?” Holly suggested, though it was obvious she lacked confidence in her suggestion. “Like, we persevere, don’t we? Maybe other people will be less likely to try and fight us if we have a really powerful name.”
“What about… the Demigods?” Micah spoke.
Prologue
In Prologue, the team meet in the Sanctuary for the Gifted Child.

Following the death of Masao, the group recruits Ace, who provides them with a home in return for monetary aid. The Demigods establish their title at the end of the book.

Despite being heroes, the Demigods are barred from working for any official organisations, but still investigate empowered matters unoficially. After the deaths of the Elder Council, they spring to action, recruiting some reliable friends.
