Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Orion is a towering figure at about 6'4" tall. He's heavily muscled and physically strong, mostly relying on his brute strength in fights. He's bald and always clean shaven, with dark, serious eyes. He's also always well dressed- a habit of his he hasn't dropped since leaving the Church of Bliss.

Orion's body is broad and muscular. He has several tattoos from the Church of Bliss. Because of his heavier build, he's not very speedy.
Facial Features
Orion's face is square and angular. He has a wide jaw and a flat nose, and serious eyes. He has a more rugged look to him, though normally wears a small smile that makes him look friendly and personable.

Personal history
Early Life
Orion's birth was forseen by an Oracle at The Church of Bliss, which described him as "a powerful son of the Noctifer, though a man destined to fall short of destiny." He was born on the 18th of August, 1983, within the temple and raised there. There were hopes that he would become The Noctifer once he came of age, but even when young, Orion did not like that kind of responsibility on his shoulders.
He was twenty when he decided that the Church of Bliss' beliefs did not line with his own. The constant push to become the Noctifer made him resent many of the members, and he knew that even if he wanted to become Him, he wasn't powerful enough to do so. He revoked the vow he took when he was thirteen with the Archpriest as witness, and set off to find a better life for himself elsewhere.
He met a woman who called herself Apollo, a mortal who considered herself a friend of the Empowered. He quickly gained respect for her and joined her at protests and riots for all manners of social justice, and was beside her when the The England & Wales, Scottish, and Northern Irish Nexus of Justice granted her permission to set up the SunGod Corporation. Ever since, he's been working closely by her side, even if they often butt heads. They kept eachother perfectly in line.
Book 3: Midnight
“Hello, Jaguar,” he said with a polite nod.Orion first appears in Shattered, when Psychic's ankles were broken and Ace was fast approaching. While other members of SunGod were fending off ASIMOV, he took Psychic back to Flash of Genius Co. and brought him to Doctor Moore. He then offered to rush to Wales and bring Jaguar back so she could be with Psychic, and seeing a lot of himself in the both of them, he began to feel protective over their group.
“Er… Hello. Do I know you?”
“I don’t believe so.” He held a hand out of the window to shake. “Orion Songbird.”
She raised a brow, and shook his hand. “Jaguar. You already know, so… Um… Songbird is a unique name.”
“I find people tend to let their guard down when they hear it. Useful for fights.”
“Right. I always ask the name of people I fight before I start throwing punches. That makes sense.”
After The Demigods were barred from attacking ASIMOV by the The England & Wales, Scottish, and Northern Irish Nexus of Justice , Orion refused to follow orders and took them to Rockford Castle himself. There, he played a crucial part in their success, and was the first of the group to pin something terribly wrong with Psychic. Orion was heavily wounded in the final battle, but pulled through, and took the fall for the Demigods after the crisis was over.
