As most of the Altari, she has the power to communicate with ravens. She has one personal raven, called Komesaan, who has been her partner for 7 years.
Ealdrid is the oldest of 5 siblings, and with that privilege comes the Cloaking. On her 25th birthday they held the ceremony and she jumped off the watchtower in their big residence, gaining the power to transform into a dire-raven.
Apparel & Accessories
Ealdarid is always dressed in fancy clothes. When she is around her family she wears long, straight dresses or skirts, usually made from velvet. Her clothes are detailed with feathers, either embroidered or made as jewelry.
When she worked at the bank and in the council her outfits were simpler in a way, but still felt luxurious and fancy. She wore white shirts with big sleeves and frills, together with sharp vests and pants. The vests are either one color or patterned, and the patterns are made by the design of the cloth or by subtle embroidery.

Personal history
Ealdrid Altari was born into a noble and well-off family. Due to their raven powers, the Altari had risen in status and power since the days of Taiel Altari Harda.
During her teenage years she became interested in finances and the banking world. She went as an apprentice in Orebo's biggest bank for a couple of years before taking over the work for her family's finances. During her time at the capital's bank, she noticed how there were only nobles and rich traders who had business there. She wondered about the common folk, and if the city's money helped them in any way. So she took it upon herself to investigate.
As the oldest sibling of the bunch she had the privilege to cloak. On her 25th birthday they held the ceremony and she jumped off the watch tower in the family's big residence, gaining the power to transform into a dire-raven.
After many years of work, she was elected into the city's council in 3161, with the position as Head of Finance and Trade. This was a huge step for her, and she loved that job.

The Altari family was well off even before Ealdrid was born, but she did a lot throughout her life to elevate the family's status and financial stance to unforeseen heights.
When she took the role managing the family's finances, she made sure to use the money wisely. Some of her older relatives were used to swinging between lavishly spending all the money at hand to hoarding every asset like a mad dragon.

Looks like this is still a WIP, but I love what you have so far. I like the description of her facial features "sharp enough to cut metal," and how much worldbuilding you're able to pack into the brief paragraph about the cloaking ceremony.
