Tamwind
Tamwind is a vast, primarily Human populated empire located in the Eastern Plains, Támúór's Grave, and Dwarovar.
Structure
Due to its vast territory the Emperor has a hard time directly commanding the settlements, so Rulers find themselves with even more power than in other nations. Different settlements can even have different laws and traditions, depending on the whim of its Ruler. The Emperor only steps in if they receive concerns from one of their advisors over a particular settlement.
Their Emperor also doubles as their Commander in battle and war, and acts as the final judge, jury, and executor during inner disputes. That is why their official title is called Commander-Emperor.
